Accounts

Subscriptions and payments

Personal dating features are available without a paid consumer membership. An optional supporter membership helps fund the service without changing visibility, ranking, matching or access to safety controls. Separate business subscriptions may provide higher offer limits or priority placement. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, and cancellation options will be clearly shown before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time according to the terms provided during checkout.

Content and availability

Profiles, prompts, venue suggestions, and related app content are provided to support social discovery. We may update, modify, or remove content at any time as the app evolves.

We do not guarantee that any particular content will always be available.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy , which forms part of these Terms. It explains the behaviour and content that are not permitted on Lonely Radish.

• Lonely Radish is for people aged 18 or over
• Paid companionship, escorting, prostitution and transactional dating are prohibited
• Harassment, exploitation, impersonation, fraud and financial solicitation are prohibited
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach the policy

All content on Lonely Radish, including text, visuals, prompts, and design, is owned by or licensed to Lonely Radish and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No guarantees
